How to upgrade to Viyou Pro?

1. Log in firstly, from the homepage side panel, click Pro.

2. Select a payment option, Enter your details and complete the upgrade.

What are Coins?

Coins are credits used for image and video generation. Membership makes each generation cheaper.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime in Account → Subscription. You’ll keep benefits until the end of your billing cycle.

Do I keep my creations if I cancel?

Yes. All your generated videos and images remain saved in your library.

Which AI models can I use?

Viyou connects to multiple models including Seedream 4.0, Nano Banana, Hailuo02, and Kling. The exact models depend on your region, membership tier, and content policy.

Can I use my creations commercially?

Yes, as long as you own the rights to the input content. Don’t use copyrighted or restricted materials.

Why did my generation fail or take long?

This may happen during high traffic, with complex prompts, or due to content filters. Pro and Max members get faster priority.

How does Viyou handle my data?

Your projects are stored securely. You may delete them anytime. We do not sell personal data.
